GeForce GTX 980  vs 780 Ti

I'm also reviewing the ASUS GTX 980 STRIX right now, and with 0 dBA in idle and 30 dBA while gaming, it is just as quiet as the MSI Gaming.

GPU Boss always misleading people. infact, GPU Boss is the best site for misinformation and wrong articles as well as wrong reviews and comparisons. when the hell on earth did GTX 980 got 8GB of memory???? and when the hell did the gtx 970 got better than gtx 780ti? its only found on
LOLz I love that you think you have some supercomputer too thats just so silly this fictitious world you live in
its amazing how you speak of games ignoring a processor lolz you are fucking retarded man all 4 cores are active it seems to be fore every game I have played so I have no idea what you are talking about saying mine are tens of thousands of times further apart than yours dude you have no comprehension of how computers work!
Actually jackass I just bought a Msi Gaming R9 280x youre retarded and what do you mean by trying to get brave why dont you jump off a cliff see if that works?
Actually you got me fucked up I was merely trying to smooth over our conversation but I see how much of an ass you are so forget it
I'm "hilarious" yet you want to ask me for advice. Do me a favour, go pester someone else kid. I've written enough for you now.
You don't have a 280x, you have a gtx 260. That's what you said, that's what I commented on, that's what it says above. Trying to get brave just because you got an upgrade doesn't make you look any better. As for the 380x comment, this is exactly what you said "It appears they have became greedy and you as well running a gtx970 lame what is wrong with you! supporting them with the vram you are not future proofed that is for certain should have waited for a r380x or better yet 390x a real beast the 970 is a joke can barely play current games lame!" As for the nerfed RAM, go ahead and explain to me all the times you've used more than 3.5GB of VRAM... I'll wait.
You Must be an Nvidia fan Boy I have a Msi Gaming R9 280x its faster than the 970 however they are pretty even tierd cards I say the 970 would be more powerful if not for the nerfed Ram just wait you are already reaching the limits of the 970 all I have to do is crossfire when I reach mine and I can even use a HD 7970ghz which is basically the card I have with the exception of drivers and seriously you were talking smack in your last message cause not once did I mention a R9 380x lolz anyways I still want a GTX 690 to match my system and that is more than enough for any games out atm its a Beast I like older Nvidia Pre TiTan
the gtx 980 is better than gtx 780 ti
HaHa I was just rereading your comments comparing us to drag racing and Le mans lolz you are Hilarious that said what is your take on turning a fury into a fury x isnt that risky it would be nice I have no plans on doing this its just silly that Amd is still pulling the same thing Ati did with nerfing their top of the line chips lolz
If you are power consumption wary, you wouldn't overclock. You'll also find that lowering the TDP of your 970 through Afterburner gets you a lot more power without the OC levels of power draw. Couple that with your non-reference cooler and you can run faster and with lower power draw.
"wtf buys reference card" Big assumption. Overclocking is always a power-draw loss. A single chip overclocked will consume more power than a chip running at the same speeds stock. We can mitigate this somewhat by lowering the TDP limit on the card (With MSI Afterburner), reducing heat through water/aftermarket cooling or simply bringing clocks back to stock. It's not rocket science. And many aftermarket coolers will actually bring power draw below that of a reference card due to temps.
Oh, stop with the "Erhmagherd, maxwell is sooo power efficient" It's not. tl:dr 980 non reference (wtf buys reference card?) SLI will have WAAY higher power consumption than a single 780 Ti non ref.
Wow, you sound like a 12-year old kid bragging about his dad's birthday/christmas present. Anyways, I got my Gigabyte GTX 780 Ti GHz edition for 350 euros (basically, 370-ish USD), and the cheapest 980 here is 546 euros (~560USD), so isn't that a bargain? Oh, by the way, you're retarded :) Have a good day :D
I don't see anyone else in the class, teacher. A very small classroom indeed. I would think now that you should win the Nobel prize awards after this, for being the most * impotent * teacher on the planet. And I'm really not going to reply after this.... "Your decision to be ignorant in the face of fact is your own" I would rather have been "ignorant" from your "facts" than be taught by the likes of you... If being taught by you, I would imagine I would do more harm on this earth than do good.
This is not a battle. I am not winning. This is a classroom. You are being educated. /metaphor Your decision to be ignorant in the face of fact is your own.
*Sigh* you "win." Now please stop responding to this message.
The world doesn't revolve around the British/American's dumb-ass. Your analogies and my analogies vary. That was a sarcasm to point out your point of view. "Advertising also has a history of being considered a one-way form of MARKETING communication" Some more direct references for you too, from professionals: And a few CEOs So in short, Marketing is a catch-all term for the acquiring, communication and selling of products to your Audience. A subset of that is Advertising. Notice how there are plenty of CMOs out there (Chief Marketing Officers), yet no CAOs or such, that's because the entire advertising subset of any business that operates with a CMO will be managed by a CMO. Oh and one more thing, if I change the name of my product so that it's on my product page with a new name, unless the marketing decision assesses the market in relation to it's new name, positions the product as such (by determining a new target demographic etc) and tells the advertising subset of the business what they want to be communicate about the product, the advertising portion of the business won't even be able to do anything, because without being told who to advertise to and how (determined by the marketing budget), that division can't do very much at all. Care to try again with your utterly failing logic? No? Okay then.
Analogies fail you.
"Except I'm stainless steel kettle..." Yea, and I'm a jellyfish.
See? When an idiot like you boasts about his/her claims, and providing said claims with a fucking WIKIPEDIA article, it's pretty much apparent who reels the ignoramus title. Here are the terms from UNIVERSITY PROFESSORS and CEO's of many companies: And my personal favorite website to thrash your "article" (pff wikipedia) "You've obviously failed your mid-terms." I would rather fail my mid-terms where misinformation is not running stagnant. At least your idea of "Mid-terms" is a viable reason to miss them.
You've obviously failed your midterms, go back to 5th grade. Marketing is communicating the value of a product, service or brand to customers, for the purpose of promoting or selling that product, service, or brand. The main purpose is to increase sales of the product and profits of the company. Marketing acts a support system to the sales team by propagating the message and information to the target audience. Marketing techniques include choosing target markets through market analysis and market segmentation, as well as understanding consumer behavior and advertising a product's value to the customer. From a societal point of view, marketing is the link between a society's material requirements and its economic patterns of response. Marketing processes satisfies these needs and wants through exchange processes and building long-term relationships. Marketing blends art and applied science (such as behavioural sciences) and makes use of information technology. Marketing is applied in enterprise and organizations through marketing management. Advertising (or advertizing)[1][2][3] is a form of !!!!!!*******marketing communication********!!!!!! used to persuade an audience to take or continue some action, usually with respect to a commercial offering, or political or ideological support.
You fucking retarded ..... Ugh.... I rest my case. "Marketing means TELLING..." That's called Advertisement.
Pot calling the kettle black. Except I'm a silver stainless steel kettle you retarded ingrate. Marketing means TELLING people what they want based on things you've already told them you want. In soft speak that would be "communicating brand values". The product name change was done by the marketing division because people have already been taught since a very young age to want new and improved. New is better, even if it's not. It has zero to do with Advertising, which is a subset of marketing anyway. Advertising is presenting the product to the audience and is done well after the product is set in stone.
