I wouldn't say a GTX 960 overclock would get up to par with a GTX 970. Looking at some videos and having a GTX 970 myself, just doesn't seem right. I've seen TekSyndicate do a video of GTX 960 SLI vs single 970, and they were neck and neck.
Well, sorry to break it to ya, the GTX 960 is faster then the GTX 760. Also the 960 overclocks like a monster, they easly get up to par with a GTX 970 with a 1500mhz core which 98% can do. A R7 265 and a 270 looses all round, They are around a HD7770 7790 performance, which if you consider that a good card, get a HD 6990 for $170 on newegg which will smuther them all into the ground. With these newer cards, memory bandwidth don't mean a whole lot, other wise then GTX 970 would lose to a 780 if the architecture was the same, which the GTX 970 is as fast is not a hair faster then the 780 ti. The 960 is in fact faster then all of them cards you posted up, and will demolish all them card at higher res.
Hold on a sec. So you saying a newer card is better then an older card? No shit Captain obvious. So hows that make the 660 a shitty card then? lol
960 gets sooo much more frames than the shitty 660 or the retarded 265 or 270. YouKnowNothingIdiot
I would run from the 960! It is a 1080p card of mid range crippled because of it's memory bandwidth. I would just buy a GTX 660 or a R7 265 or R9 270 and call it a day! They will get more than enough playable FPS in all 1080p games just like the 960, The 960 is just a waste of money.
I have no idea. However, I dont recommend sticking a 960 into an OEM.
question I had was if the GTX960 would fit in my computer. I have a HP pavilion elite 410 with a radeon hd 5570 2g graphics card at the moment?
