Do you mean 2GB Memory? I just bought one with 1GB, there is 2GB version as well, from the benchmarks, I chose 7670M already.
According to NewEgg the AMD Radeon also has 2MB of Memory.... So, I would say the Radeon is the best still in nearly every way?
