These two GPU's are actually pretty close to one another. Just simply turn the graphics from Extra or Ultra down to medium and you'll have playable frames. The GT 650m does seem to have more power for higher settings so if you're an eye candy person then that is the obvious winner. But for the casual gamer that might play games once in a while the cheaper alternative with the 7730m may be better for you.
