In reality, the 7750 has 512 cores, and the 650 has 384. As a result, the 7750 has more compute power. More compute power generally means more performance.
May I ask why HD 7750 scores 6.2 (while GTX 650 is 6.1) where GTX 650 has more reasons to consider?
It's very NVidia based because those games and benchmarks are nvidia optimised
GTX 650 is best !
