I see only 1GB versions of R5-240 and only by AMD. Are you certain of the specs of the R5-240? Its newer 28nm GPU gives it the advantage no question. My DDR3 HD8490 -1GB by AMD for Dell has two RAM chips Micron 30K77 - D9PTC
