but 4870 dont support dx 11, only dx 10, you can get dx 12 or 11.2 on r7 240 :3
No, it's not. The HD 4870 is a gaming card, and it was the fastest ATI card when it came out, while the R7 240 is a low-end, budget-oriented card. It's like comparing a GTX 280 to a GT 630.
