3DMark 11 Graphics Industry standard benchmark that tests DirectX 11 GPU performance

3D Mark 2011 is a nice start to benchmarking as it gives pretty reliable results between runs.
Radeon R7 250 | by Josh-Walrath (Aug, 2013)

3DMark Vantage Graphics Industry standard benchmark that tests DirectX 10 GPU performance

We'll turn to 3DMark Vantage first to stress ROP and texel rates.
Radeon R7 250 | by Anand-Lal-Shimpi (Jun, 2013)

3DMark06 Industry standard benchmark that tests DirectX 9 GPU performance

The chip was able to deliver a score of 16285 3D Marks in 3DMark 05 which heavily relies on the CPU performance.

7750 has mantle too
lol. This seems wrong. I think GPUBoss mixed the 3Dmark benchmarks. If you compare the 7750 with R7 260x (better than R7 250) on futuremark, it's 3240 vs 5280. No way the 250 card can double that!
so 7750 is better than r7 250 but r7 250 have directx11.2 and openGL 4.3 and mantle. but 7750 is better
