Bit confused.. R7 is allegedly better.. but scores worse than the R9.. All the game examples have the R9 giving better fps. Then it lists value as 9.5.. when the R9 is cheaper than the R7..

You don't necessarily need to overclock the 260X. It is pretty easy though, just push sliders on afterburn. But the 260X should fit your criteria fine. If you need more power, R7 370 is perfect.
No prob. Good luck!
i'd like a card that i dont have to overclock (im scared of burning/killing/bricking my GPU) and can run the most DEMANDING games at 40+ fps with ATLEAST mid-high settings
thanks for the guide bro ! really appreciate you helping out a brother here ... long live the PCMR !
I guess so. They're all refurbished GPU's. And the customs shouldn't take anything. Shipping and all that is paid in full with the card. The actual card is 25 bucks less than what you see. Good luck getting your GPU though dude.
Other settings in BF4. Handles so many games maximum though. I also mod my games with sweetFX. Graphics mod that looks better than ultra with a minimal performance hit.
"with a few turned to max" is that other games ur talking about or other settings in BF4 ?
ahaha ... man if that was so easy , i wouldnt be here. the pakistani customs dept have got a thing for innocent importers like me ... they charge horrendous bribes just to give the imported product a green light. good option tho ... maybe if i move abroad or the laws get better , i;ll buy from these awesome guys. where are they based in ? US ?
By the way, use Refurbished GPU'S and the prices are insane. They price also includes shipping. You also get a 2 year warranty. There was ano MSI R9 380 GAMING on there, not sure if it still is.
R7 370 or R7 260X would be fine for you. I can do BF4 at 1080P high settings with a few turned to max on my 260X at around 55 FPS. R7 370 should be able to handle more settings. But remember, R7 260X, not 360. 360 is an OC'D 260 non X.
there's hardly any powercolor in Pakistan , except maybe some second hand / refurbished imports and those cost a fortune too ... im aiming for 45-60 fps at mid-high settings for the MOST resource intensive games (witcher 3 , gta v and the like) i was hoping to find a r9 270 ( not the 'x' version) but with the 300 series im hoping to find its equivalent ... either that or a USED r9 280 (again not the 'x' version , as its TOO pricey) for my build...
