green side only optimize in DX11, they think game support DX 12 still in small number, not much. In time, green side will optimize DX12 after more devloper build use DX 12, and as always TWIMTBP from Nvidia. AMD always build new tech, but cant optimize that, for example, Mantel API now gone, TXAA from amd trow away and put by Nvidia then add txaa to their game. All new gpu design for DX 12, amd just async optimize, nvidia tech dx 12 optimize. (Sorry for my bad english)
this is a comparison between 2 cards, you can't just shove another one in the middle -_-
rx460 design for directx12.....on directx12 rx460-470-480 100% win
For someone want perform/watt worth 950, only use 1x6 pci-e power. if someone need perform/price worth 7970 ghz, but must pay with more power a.k.a more pci-e power up to 6x2 or 8x2 and I think this very not worth
Better off snagging a 2nd hand 7970 GHz edition for ~$100 off hardwareswap for performance inbetween a 960 and 970.
big sad for RX 460, go for 950 is much worth !!! lol
