We beiieve this to be 640M in particular based on the use of both GDDR5 and DDR3 and the product name, though a 650M rebadge is also a possibility due to the very similar features of those parts.

Nvidia seems to be aiming the lower price GPU segments with the launch of these cards.
This essentially makes the card a toned down version of the GeForce GT 740, meaning that it features similar components but lower clock and DDR3 frequencies.
Both the NAND and the third-generation Intel controller have been infused with data center DNA for quality and reliability, and factory tuned for extreme performance.
The drive is protected by a 5-year warranty, ensuring peace of mind with stunning performance.
I'm not a fan of rebadging GPUs, as you can see here with our AMD Radeon HD 8000M Series news, but it looks like NVIDIA have also pulled out their huge green rubber rebadging stamp, too.
NVIDIA are pushing new parts out to OEMs, with two being unveiled thus far: The GeForce GT 730M and GeForce 710M, there aren't many details on them at all, but AnandTech have used their magic powers to try and figure out what we should expect, as the picture above shows.
As we discussed yesterday with AMD’s latest round of GPU rebadges, both AMD and NVIDIA are locked into playing the OEM rebadge game in order to fulfill their OEM partner’s calendar driven schedules.
The 730M and 710M are 4.8x and 3.0x respectively, and while NVIDIA is almost certainly being overgenerous in their performance estimations here, it does lend further proof to these being GK107 and GF117 rebadges.
