Wow, #AsRock and #BMW DesignWorks USA’s #M8 Gaming Machine is a beauty.
The A Command is basically an OLED Display with a control knob that has multiple uses, ranging from volume control to system information and display.
The GTX 780M is not quite the mobile equivalent to the desktop GTX 680, but NVIDIA is matching it up against AMD's 8970M GPU and claims that it can run games like Sleeping Dogs, Assassins Creed 3, and Borderlands 2 at Ultra settings (1080p).
NVIDIA is now adding higher-end mobile GPUs to the 700M family with the GTX 760M, GTX 765M, GTX 770M, and GTX 780M.

It is not clear how GT 740M ends up clocked higher than the GT 745M but it might have something to do with the maximum Boost.
All five new GPUs will feature Nvidia GPU Boost 2.0, Optimus and Nvidia Geforce Experience technologies.

I wish NVIDIA would just drop support for DDR3 on their higher end chips, and likewise the “up to” clauses aren’t really helpful, but they’re both necessary evils thanks to working with OEMs that sometimes have slightly different requirements.
As for the Boost clocks, in practice that can increase the GPU core speed 15% or more over the normal value, with most games realizing a 10-15% performance thanks to the increase.
