NVIDIA Launches GTX 960M/950M and GeForce 940M/930M/920M

Considering the GTX 965M has 1024 CUDA cores many felt it would use GM206 as well, but that didn’t happen; in a similar fashion, those expecting (hoping) GTX 960M and 950M would use a derivative of GM206 are also going to be disappointed and it continues to use the GM107 chip.
Interestingly, the clocks and core configurations mean that potentially the GTX 950M is actually a bit slower than GTX 850M (640 cores at 936MHz + Boost compared to 914MHz + Boost), but NVIDIA doesn't disclose the full range of base clocks and Boost clocks so the 950M will hit higher clocks on average compared to 850M.
However, the stability of the boards for overclocking the processor above 4.2 GHz might not fare so well.
Overclocking above 4.2 GHz requires more than 4 phases in the power system, due to extensive voltage loads.

Nvidia announces five new Geforce 700M GPUs

It is not clear how GT 740M ends up clocked higher than the GT 745M but it might have something to do with the maximum Boost.
All five new GPUs will feature Nvidia GPU Boost 2.0, Optimus and Nvidia Geforce Experience technologies.
I'm not a fan of rebadging GPUs, as you can see here with our AMD Radeon HD 8000M Series news, but it looks like NVIDIA have also pulled out their huge green rubber rebadging stamp, too.
NVIDIA are pushing new parts out to OEMs, with two being unveiled thus far: The GeForce GT 730M and GeForce 710M, there aren't many details on them at all, but AnandTech have used their magic powers to try and figure out what we should expect, as the picture above shows.
