I wonder what this means for the Tesla line, and whether we will see a variant of Maxwell with a large boost in 64-bit performance, or if that line will be in an awkward place until Pascal.

The memory, but not the cache, is capable of ECC (error-correction) for enterprises who do not want a stray photon to mess up their computation.

The core clock is maintained at 993 MHz for the reference models but comes with boost clock which has been absent on the GK107 chips.

Performance figures posted in the same leak show that the reference GeForce GT 740 is actually slower than the GTX 650 while being faster than the GeForce GT 640 GDDR5 variant.

The 760M and 765M both use 768 CUDA cores, but the 765M is clocked almost 200MHz faster.

The RAM and core are connected via a 256-bit interface.

It is not clear how GT 740M ends up clocked higher than the GT 745M but it might have something to do with the maximum Boost.

All five new GPUs will feature Nvidia GPU Boost 2.0, Optimus and Nvidia Geforce Experience technologies.
