GTX 980 With All New Twin Frozr V Cooling Teased By MSI

The new cooler features dual 100mm propeller blade fans designed to suck in cold air and blow it on quite a large heatsink assembly carrying 5 heatpipes.
So it’s quite obvious that MSI got too excited about their new Twin Frozr V cooler design and decided not wait for Maxwell based GTX 980 and 970 cards to launch before they give us a taste.
The Twin Frozr V cooler makes use of a dense aluminum fin array which is quite large and hints that this design would be incorporated on the high-end graphics cards.
The high-end graphics cards from the companies would adopt the new cooling design to offer better thermal and customized PCB that offer more value and performance to users, enthusiasts and overclockers.
NVIDIA has mentioned that both PC and Android market due to their open nature are going to outcast the console market by 2015 where PC games revenue alone is going to amount for $20 Billion where as the total for both Playstation 3 and PlayStation 4 would be around $10 Billion and half of that for the Xbox.
In contrast, gamers are preparing their systems for a strong roster of games coming this fall, including blockbuster franchises, such as Call of Duty: Ghosts, Grand Theft Auto V and Assassin’s Creed IV.

Techpowerup have released a new version of GPU-Z, its popular graphics subsystem information, diagnostic, and monitoring utility.
The new version brings updated and added support for various GPUs including the upcoming Radeon HD 7990 Malta and also fixes some bugs found in the previous versions.
