Nvidia officially launches GTX 700M GPUs

Nvidia also claims that it will have 99%+ share on Haswell gaming notebooks and we are quite sure that we will see many of those at Computex show.
The GTX 765M is also based on the 28nm GK106 Kepler GPU but features 768 CUDA cores and works at 850MHz+ GPU clock and comes with 2GB of GDDR5 memory clocked at 4GHz and paired up with a 128-bit memory interface for 64GB/s of memory bandwidth.
The 760M and 765M both use 768 CUDA cores, but the 765M is clocked almost 200MHz faster.
The RAM and core are connected via a 256-bit interface.

Nvidia announces five new Geforce 700M GPUs

It is not clear how GT 740M ends up clocked higher than the GT 745M but it might have something to do with the maximum Boost.
All five new GPUs will feature Nvidia GPU Boost 2.0, Optimus and Nvidia Geforce Experience technologies.
