GPUTweak is a very competent overclocking suite that offers all of the overclocking and monitoring functionality we’ve come to expect from a good overclocking utility, including a wide array of monitoring options and support for GPU voltage control.

AMD Discusses Multi-GPU Frame Pacing in DirectX 12

by Scott Michaud |
www.pcper.com
He was focused on benchmarking GPUs by frame time, rather than frame rate, because the number of frames that the user sees means less than how smooth the animation they present is.
We're now seeing AMD announce frame pacing for DirectX 12 Multi-GPU.

AMD Releases New WHQL Catalyst 15.7 Drivers

by Josh Walrath |
www.pcper.com
It is great to see AMD releasing a new set of drivers, but just like any addict... we can't wait for our next hit and what new features and performance they may bring.
This is fairly typical, but people are already reporting some better performance and CPU usage in WinX previews based on the latest build.
Lower power and higher performance upgrades don't happen often so I am really excited to see what AMD does with it.
Mark Papermaster, AMD CTO, said earlier in the conference call that HBM would aid in performance but maybe more importantly will lower power and improve total GPU efficiency.
More broadly, Infoword is reporting that KB3004394 is also being blamed as the culprit behind certain issues affecting Windows Defender, Task Manager, and other software.
At this point this looks like the update only affects a small number of systems – Windows 8 is not affected, and even then most Windows 7 systems appear to be fine – but Microsoft has not taken any chances and has pulled the update.
